JBL 031TIS (66L-JBH) 4206/4208 tweeter. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
I have 2 of these and both tweeters were recently pulled from my working pair of JBL 4206 studio monitors. Additionally, I tested these with a signal generator and they are working fine. I am the original owner of the 4206's and they were well taken care of. See my other listings for other parts from these speakers (woofers and xovers). For reference, these tweeters can be used in either the 4206 and 4208 monitors. Maybe it's time to replace the tweeter in your system that cute little Bobbie pushed his finger into? ;-)
