    Description

    These gold plated lampwork and pearl earrings are for pierced ears . The pearl on top of flower are freshwater cultured pearls and the teardrop pearl is imitation.The earrings are about from the top of the hooks 2 3/16" x 7/16" .

Lampwork was used extensively in Murano Italy since the 14th Century. In  times gone by it  was blown and shaped in its molten state. In modern times  a torch is used.
