Daisy BB Gun Model " B-3 Special " Black Nickel Plated - Scarce

Description

This is the Daisy "3-B or B-3   Special " made between 1910 and 1922. This particular gun is the later version since it has the later sheet metal rear site ( the earlier version had a cast iron rear site). There is a lot of black nickel on this gun probably in the 80+% range but you decide yourselves based on the pictures. The only early  black nickel guns made by Daisy were this model and the early 1914 model 25 pumps. Notice the black nickel butt-plate as well as all the original fasteners. The BB gun cocks and pops as it should. I have not shot a BB through it.
If interested , the earlier  sister gun is also available. That gun has the cast iron rear site and is mostly black nickel like this one. Gary does a great job covering these in his book on page 184.
