C-notes Crossover Assembly / parts express C-sharp DIY speakers new

For sale is a professionally assembled pair of crossovers for the Parts Express C-notes or C-Sharp DIY speaker.
The cost of the base level components for this crossover is .68. It has two uogrades added, which is the Mills resistors replacing the sand-cast resistors and the 0.22uF capacitor bypassing the larger inductor.  These are both proven upgrades which bring the parts cost up to .20 before adding the 7.95 shipping from parts express and tax.  In addition to that, high purity 16ga internal wiring has already been added which adds a few more dollars to the cost of parts. Wiring diagram and install instructions will be provided.
The opening price is below the cost for bare components and tou are receiving a pair of professionally assembled crossover boards for aboit the dame cost that you would get the bare components.
This set was built very recently for a review/comparison project to be posted on one of the popular audio forums but that project never happened.  They boards were tested with the raw drivers just toconfirm function but not installed.  The set is brand new.
