Bogen DB230 Integrated Tube Amp with extremely rare original wood case

Up for grabs is an unmolested, un-restored, barn-fresh Bogen DB-230 integrated stereo amplifier complete with all parts and an extremely rare original wood case. This is a stereo integrated amplifier with output rated at 30 watts per channel. This is a unit I picked up for restoration a few years ago because it is highly regarded for its sound and is considered by may to be one of the best small 'sleeper' tube amps out there, but never had time to get to. I was planning on doing the power supply and many of the cap before attempting to power it up. This unit was never powered up, so I do not know what the operational state of this is. All of the wiring looks to be in good shape and intact - but has years of dust and grunge on it. A full compliment of tubes is included - all of the tubes look like the getters are good, but have not been tested - there are some very nice tube brands in there (see photos). The tube covers are included and are rusty - these will need to be soaked in rust neutrilizer, but should clean up nicely as they are undamaged. The knobs are in good shape and are uncracked. The aluminum inner parts are ozidized and the plastic outer parts are dirty, but they are in good shape. The front face is also in very nice condition but with a bit of pitting and will clean up nicely. This will be a very nice little tube amp for a small listening space or office when restored. I have the schematic and will include that when shipped. The wooden case (I have never, ever, seen another is in rough shape, but is apparently as rare as hen's teeth. My plan was to re-veneer when I had planned to restore this. Nice oak veneers can be had on ebay for not all that much. Please note that this is untested, for parts only and absolutely no returns will be accepted for any reason - period. Make sure you are up to this job before purchasing.
