    Description

    This is an agate and shell necklace & earring set with a giraffe pattern. The necklace is about 17 3/4" long .The necklace has a toggle closure. The earrings are about from the top of the hooks 2 1/2" x 1 1/8".
    The  shells are capitaneus shell. It is a marine mollusk which is cone shaped and has a low spiral with white and chocolate striations. The body of the shell is encircled with dots.
    It is found in the Indian Ocean off Mauritius, Madagascar, Tanzania and the Pacific off Hawaii, Japan and Australia.
