1960s-vintage Continental Airlines Junior Pilot Cap - child's hat

Description

Original owner selling early 1960s-vintage junior pilot's cap marked for Continental Airlines.  Hat is navy blue with black "bill".  No rips/tears/splits/stains/hair oil.  Very clean.  Internal stiffeners strong and provide good body without distortions.  Moderate wear to (front) Continental patch; very minor age cracks in dark green underside of "bill" (a vinyl-type material - see last two photos).  YELLOW OLIVE BRANCHES ("ham & eggs") ARE PARTIALLY WORN AWAY ON UPPER SURFACE OF "BILL" (visible in several photos).  No original box/package.   No size nor manufacturer's stamp.   Too small to fit most adults; diameter of headband (part that rests atop wearer's head) is 7"; extreme outer top diameter 8".
